MAY  ANNUAL  MEETING

                                                                               

Mike Mastroianni, Vice President of Outreach and Planning for Rock Valley College (RVC), will be the guest speaker for the May meeting.  Mr. Mastroianni’s presentation will be on Business Outreach at Rock Valley College.  He will give an overview of the services provided to the community in non-credit training programs.

The election of Officers and Directors for the 2007-2008 year will be held at this meeting.  In addition, the winners of the RRVEA scholarships have been invited to receive their awards at this meeting.

                        6:30 p.m. - Dinner

 

PLACE:          Kiki B’s Restaurant, 1641 N. Alpine Road, Rockford, IL. (Upper Level of Edgebrook Center, site of the former Atrium Restaurant.)

                       

                        Directions:  From N. Alpine Road, turn east onto Highcrest Road and you are at the Edgebrook Center.  The restaurant is at the east end of the Center. You can park in the main lot and walk up the stairs to Kiki B’s, or go to the east side of the Center and park on the upper level.

                       

MENU:           Ribeye Steak                                         $26.00

                        Grilled Wild Alaskan Salmon                  $21.00

                        Garlic Roasted Bone-In Chicken                        $17.00

14 oz. Ribeye Steak is smothered in sautéed mushrooms, served with cream cheese & chive mashed potatoes;

Grilled Salmon served with a tomato basil relish atop organic field greens and garden rice pilaf;

Garlic Roasted Chicken basted with a shallot butter, served with cream cheese & chive mashed potatoes.
